Prudence Pitter is a Board Director, global keynote speaker, and founder of PEARRM Services, where she advises boards and executive teams on Succession Architecture™, leadership continuity, human capital governance, and enterprise risk.


Named to the 2025 “50 Women to Watch” list by 50/50 Women on Boards, Prudence brings 25+ years of global HR leadership across technology, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and financial services. She has led people strategy across 20+ countries and complex, multi-billion-dollar business lines, aligning talent systems with business growth, organizational resilience, and shareholder value.


Prudence is the creator of Succession Architecture™, a practical framework that moves succession beyond replacement charts toward enterprise-wide continuity design. Her work helps leaders strengthen governance confidence, accelerate leadership readiness, and mitigate talent-related disruption before it becomes business risk.


A dynamic, values-anchored communicator, Prudence has delivered high-impact keynotes and leadership workshops across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa, equipping executives to lead with clarity, courage, and wellbeing at the center. Her engagements strengthen executive decision-making, succession readiness, and high-trust, high-performance cultures.


Throughout her career, Prudence has guided organizations through hypergrowth, acquisitions, executive transitions, labor negotiations, and global expansion. She has built scalable people systems to support billion-dollar growth, led culture and engagement strategies tied to retention outcomes, and designed leadership programs that accelerate readiness and performance.


A lifelong educator and mentor, Prudence serves as an adjunct professor of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior and has guest lectured at Fordham University and Harvard Extension School. She holds a Harvard Certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching and coaches leaders to translate strategy into sustained results.


Grounded in purpose and community, Prudence leads annual philanthropic initiatives supporting early childhood education in Jamaica and partners with grassroots leaders to expand access, empowerment, and wellbeing.


Prudence holds a BS in Business & HR Management, an MBA, SPHR, GPHR, and the Harvard Certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching.
