Prudence Pitter is a TEDx & global keynote speaker, board director, and founder of PEARRM Services, where she advises boards and executive teams on succession architecture, leadership continuity, human capital governance, and enterprise risk.


Named to the 2025 “50 Women to Watch” list by 50/50 Women on Boards, Prudence brings more than 25 years of global Human Resources leadership experience across technology, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and financial services. She has led people strategy across 20+ countries, aligning talent systems with business growth, governance priorities, and long-term organizational resilience.


Prudence is the creator of Succession Architecture™, a strategic framework that moves succession planning beyond replacement charts toward enterprise-wide continuity design. Her work helps organizations strengthen board confidence, accelerate leadership readiness, and mitigate talent-related risk before it becomes disruption.

Throughout her career, she has guided organizations through hypergrowth, cultural transformation, mergers and acquisitions, executive transitions, labor negotiations, and global expansions. She has scaled HR infrastructure to support billion-dollar growth, built high-performing leadership pipelines, and implemented performance systems that drove retention and engagement outcomes.


As a global keynote speaker, Prudence delivers high-impact, practical insights that translate governance theory into actionable leadership strategy. She has addressed executive audiences across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa, equipping leaders to design cultures of accountability, wellbeing, and sustainable performance.

She holds a BS in Business & HR Management, an MBA, a Harvard Executive Leadership Coaching Certificate, and industry credentials including SPHR and GPHR.
